  • Free Shipping: Applicable on all orders above PKR [e.g., 3,000].

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days once dispatched (deliveries to major cities like Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad are usually faster).

3. Payment Method (Cash on Delivery)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. You can pay the total amount in cash to the courier representative upon receiving your parcel.

4. Order Tracking

  • As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor your package in real-time.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or incomplete, contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
